I have seen those and wouldn't mind setting one of my barrels up with that configuration. Looks like a scope could be mounted on that mount. Kind of pricey though. I think one of the 14 inch barrels would be a good choice for one of those sights. Arthur Brown also made barrels for the contender. The ones I have were made by TC. Prices for the TC (even for other makers) have gone out the roof. Average price for barrels is about $400. I got most all of mine for less than $250. I have about 24 now and still looking. I will not pay 400 for one.
TC is getting ready to start making guns (and barrels) again. Spring of 2025.Not sure what the pricing will be. I have a chance of getting one of the first 100 frames that will be made. That would be nice. I joined the TC collectors club and we get a magazine every three months and it keeps us up to date on everything plus member exclusive items that we can have the option to get. A lot of history in those magazines as well as what the future for TC will be. Interesting to me anyway. I have talked to the President of the club a couple of times and he is very helpful with any info about TC. There is a lot of interest out there for TC.
